Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Experience Expert to work within the Buyer and Local area Banking division, supporting a high-touch client experience.

You will collaborate with Relationship Chiefs to drive JPMorgan Private Client offers, assist clients with financial needs, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships. The role emphasizes onboarding, professional client interactions, and collaboration with Relationship Directors to promote banking solutions and loan

Qualifications

• At least two years of financial services experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service to a high-net-worth clientele.

Responsibilities

• Furnish clients with white-glove service by guiding them from onboarding to requests and completing upgrade tasks.
• Assist Relationship Chiefs by handling client requests, analyzing financial relationships, and coordinating with Relationship Directors.
• Learn store products to help clients with everyday financial needs, identify banking solutions, and prepare product introductions.
• Assist in loan processes by completing applications, quoting rates, and sending pre-approval letters.
• Support promotional activities such as sending client gifts and planning events for JPMorgan clients.
• Leverage product knowledge to identify opportunities to expand client wallet share and escalate to the assigned Relationship Manager.
