Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailored to clients’ needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training, including regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
