Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance
• Work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
