• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.

• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, in person and by phone, to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
