Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing program support provided.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively meet with assigned clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust and addressing needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to regulatory banking requirements and internal policies.
