• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end new client experience activities, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
• Serve as primary contact for new clients and coordinate with Private Bank teams.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to meet account-opening and funding milestones.
• Anticipate issues and escalate risks to keep the client journey on track.
• Gather feedback and translate insights into process improvements for the Becoming a Client roadmap.
• Build partnerships with Banker Teams, Market Leadership, Client Service, Training, Operations, and Technology.
