Job summary

PedrosVacations is seeking a motivated Virtual Client Support Manager to coordinate client communications, follow-up, and day-to-day tasks in a fully remote environment. You will help keep requests organized, ensure updates are clear, and assist with reservations, accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary coordination.

Ideal candidates are dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership from initial contact to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client relations is helpful but not required.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and using email, apps, and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Responding to client questions and service requests
• Keeping client information, notes, and account details organized
• Coordinating schedules, confirmations, and follow-up
• Tracking outstanding items and ensuring next steps are completed
• Providing clear updates throughout the client process
• Assisting with changes, special requests, or schedule adjustments
• Researching options when additional information is needed
• Supporting reservation and planning-related details when applicable
• Helping organize accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary information
• Ensuring clients receive consistent and professional support
