• Client Success Ownership: manage campaign timelines and asset requirements.
• Campaign Execution & Pacing: oversee lifecycles, monitor pacing, resolve discrepancies.
• Strategic Planning & Media Coordination with Directors and Sales teams.
• AI-Augmented Insights & Reporting: draft summaries and QBRs from metrics.
• Workflow Automation & Process Enablement: apply AI-driven tasks and automations.
• Cross-Functional Communication: coordinate with ad ops, billing, and support.
