• Client Success Ownership: serve as the primary operational pre- and post-sale partner for assigned accounts, coordinating campaign timelines and asset requirements.
• Campaign Execution & Pacing: oversee lifecycles from inventory reservation to final billing, monitor pacing and delivery, and troubleshoot with Ad Ops.
• Strategic Planning & Media Coordination: support proactive media planning and campaign revisions with cross-functional teams.
• AI-Augmented Insights & Reporting: use AI tools to draft performance summaries and reports, verifying outputs against data sources.
