Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital campaign management, media operations, or client service.
• Knowledge of digital media formats and buying models (IO, programmatic).
• Proficiency with ad tech platforms including Google Ad Manager and Salesforce.
• Strong communication, ability to translate performance data into updates.
• Experience using generative AI to draft communications and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own operational pre- and post-sale partner for accounts; manage timelines and assets.
• Oversee campaign lifecycles, pacing, delivery, and billing in collaboration with teams.
• Support proactive media planning and campaign revisions with cross-functional partners.
