Job summary

Yahoo Advertising seeks a Client Experience Specialist to drive seamless execution and top-tier client service across brand and performance portfolios. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign planning, launch coordination, delivery pacing, and post-campaign analysis in collaboration with dedicated sales teams.

You will leverage internal AI tools to streamline tasks, surface insights, and craft compelling reports for partners.

Qualifications

2+ years in digital campaign management or client service within digital advertising.
Experience with digital media formats (display, video, native, sponsorships) and buying models.
Proficiency with ad tech platforms and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

Client Success Ownership: serve as primary operational partner for assigned accounts.
Campaign Execution & Pacing: oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycles and monitor delivery.
Strategic Planning & Media Coordination: assist proactive media planning across IO and programmatic.
AI-Augmented Insights & Reporting: use AI tools to draft performance updates and reports.
Workflow Automation & Process Enablement: implement AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Communication: coordinate issues across ad ops, billing, and product support.
