Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience required.
• Experience supporting large financial services clients (banking, capital markets) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50%+; some international travel may be required.
• 10+ years of industry/technical sales experience.
• Business Outcome Selling Expertise essential.
• Strong written, verbal, and formal presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented with minimal direction.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce.com is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and new customers to drive retention and growth.
• Create comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business and expand existing accounts.
• Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Execute cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to increase customer spend.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts of pipeline opportunities.
• Advise management on customer trends and strategic actions.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Lumen's product and service portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end account responsibilities including solution design and order processing.
• Oversee service delivery and revenue recognition to ensure satisfaction.
