Job summary

Lyric is seeking aClient Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) Specialist to lead payer client implementations from discovery through post-go-live support. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, manage cross-functional alignment, and ensure delivery within contracted scope.

The role demands expert post-payment payment integrity knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to drive adoption across Lyric Replay products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with healthcare/tech exposure.
• Seven+ years in healthcare payment integrity, payer operations, or related delivery.
• Five+ years leading complex client-facing implementations.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity domains.
• Ability to elicit and validate complex requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with analysts to develop process flows and data specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client partnerships and implementation governance across lifecycle.
• Set expectations, track decisions, and ensure alignment with scope.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain artifacts, RAID and decision logs, and test evidence.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and operations to drive adoption.
