Qualifications

• Experience running projects or operations where deadlines mattered.
• Calm under pressure and highly organized.
• Excellent writing and people skills for client interactions.
• Comfort with technical teams; not intimidated by security work.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or security firms.
• Familiarity with pen testing or red team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagements end to end: scheduling, scoping logistics, and moving parts between client and bench.
• Maintain clear, proactive client communication.
• Manage the reporting pipeline so findings ship on time and to standard.
• Identify friction early and fix processes to prevent recurrence.
