Job summary

Ocean Systems Engineering Corporation is seeking a skilled project coordinator to help engagements run smoothly so executives can stay heads-down on the work. This role ensures the right people, scope, and schedule line up, and that every client report lands polished and on time.

You will coordinate end-to-end engagements, keep client communications clear and proactive, shepherd the reporting pipeline so findings ship on time, and spot friction early to fix the process for future deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience running projects or operations where deadlines mattered.
• Calm under pressure and highly organized.
• Excellent writing and people skills for client interactions.
• Comfort with technical teams; not intimidated by security work.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or security firms.
• Familiarity with pen testing or red team delivery.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Coordinate engagements end to end: scheduling, scoping logistics, and the moving parts between client and bench.

• Shepherd the reporting pipeline so findings ship on time and to standard.
• Spot friction before it becomes a problem, then fix the process so it doesn't come back.

What you bring

• A track record running projects or operations where details mattered and deadlines were real.
• Calm under pressure, and genuinely organized rather than just tidy.
• Writing and people skills. You'll be a face clients remember.
• Comfort around technical teams. You don't need to hack, but you can't be fazed by it.
• Professional services, consulting, or security-firm experience.
• Familiarity with the rhythm of pen testing or red team delivery.
