Job summary

Deploy is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects remotely. You will translate requirements, align technical teams, and keep scope, timelines, and priorities under control.

You will lead kickoff meetings, sprint planning, demos, and retros, coordinate developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, and maintain clear documentation while continuously improving delivery processes.

Qualifications

Experience managing multiple client-facing technical projects.
Track record delivering software, web, or technology implementations.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum.
Ability to discuss APIs, integrations, databases, and deployment requirements.
Excellent organization, follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple client projects from discovery through development, testing, launch, and handoff.
Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and setting realistic expectations.
Translate client goals into actionable requirements, project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to keep work moving.
Track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies across concurrent projects.
Identify risks early, resolve blockers, and manage change requests and their impact.
Lead kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status calls, demos, and retrospectives.
Partner with technical leads to ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
Maintain clear documentation and continuously improve processes.
