Job summary

Travelwithsan is seeking a motivated Client Booking Specialist to assist clients in researching available options and coordinating booking requests based on their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, conducts online research, and manages important details while delivering timely, professional service.

This remote role includes structured onboarding, ongoing professional development, and access to online tools and resources.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication are required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused attitude with a service mindset.
Experience with booking, hospitality, or admin work is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand preferences and requirements.
Research available options and services.
Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements.
Coordinate booking requests and confirmations.
Review reservation information for accuracy.
Provide clients with relevant details and updates.
Assist with changes and special requests.
Maintain accurate client and booking documentation.
Follow up when additional information is required.
Communicate with service providers as necessary.
Provide ongoing client support throughout the process.
