Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with clients and sales to solve complex billing issues via phone, email and chat.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve client issues.
• Find root cause to prevent repeat issues.
• Collect on accounts where appropriate.
• Help drive PB revenue by identifying customer needs and providing recommendations to clients on service/product use where appropriate.
