Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking an outstanding Data Analyst to join its Series B digital health team. You will partner with clinicians, program teams, and data scientists to support data-driven clinical programs that improve care, outcomes, and cost efficiency.

You will lead analyses, develop dashboards, and mentor junior analysts in a fast-paced, remote-ready environment with about 5% travel. A strong background in healthcare analytics and data visualization is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a big-data analytics role.
• 2+ years of hands-on project leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience interfacing with stakeholders to develop and read out client KPIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python to extract insights from healthcare data.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, workflows, and large data sets.
• Experience building dashboards and self-service BI tools such as Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate deep understanding of Cohere’s clinical content and analytics; produce insights to improve program value.
• Lead clinical analytics projects with multi-disciplinary teams to meet business needs.
• Perform in-depth analyses using statistical methods and predictive modeling on health data.
• Track cost, utilization, and industry trends to inform product performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical, data science, engineering teams to refine product features.
