Job summary

Cohere Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Client Analyst to lead a fast-paced team delivering a robust automation program for PaaS clients. You will design, execute, and maintain strategies that create value and scale across the client portfolio.

This remote-first role may require travel to Boston, MA for onboarding and occasional team meetings. You will collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering to translate client needs into actionable blueprints and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a data-centric, client-facing role.
• Strong healthcare knowledge and understanding of US healthcare systems preferred.
• Comfortable navigating ethics in healthcare data management.
• SQL proficiency for complex datasets; proficient with Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate problems into product/KPI improvements across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, enabling execution and growth.
• Consult PaaS clients on designing an optimal decision automation program and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Enhance analytics framework and AI tooling to scale client impact.
• Partner with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering on new features to meet client needs.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams.
• Analyze authorization and claims data; build reports informing stakeholders on platform performance.
• Ensure client KPIs and end-to-end automation success across the client portfolio.
