Job summary

Cohere Health seeks a Manager, Forward Deployed Automation Strategy to design and execute automated decisioning programs for PaaS clients. You will lead a small team, drive strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to scale automation across client portfolios.

Remote-first role with about 5% travel to Boston for onboarding and meetings. Requires 8+ years in data-centric roles and strong healthcare domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a data-centric, client-facing role.
• Healthcare domain knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare data management ethics.
• SQL proficiency and data visualization experience.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and KPI improvements.
• Management Consulting or HealthTech experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) clients on designing an optimal decision automation program and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, enabling execution, prioritization, and professional development.
• Enhance the scale and efficacy of the Forward Deployed Automation Strategy team through process optimization, analytics framework, and AI tooling.
• Partner with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams in scoping new and enhanced product features to meet client automation needs.
• Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams to leverage when implementing new clients.
• Analyze authorization and claims data, leverage data visualization software to build and maintain analytical reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure client’s KPIs are met and end-to-end automation success for the portfolio of clients.
