Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Sr. Forward Deployed Automation Strategist to partner with PaaS clients in the United States, designing and delivering scalable decision automation programs that drive value and patient care outcomes.

You will translate client needs into technical blueprints, collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering, and ensure KPI-driven success across the client lifecycle with remote work and light travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role with demonstrated client engagement and satisfaction.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to handle healthcare data ethically with integrity.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; dashboards in BI tools; SQL for data insights.
• Develops deep product expertise to guide customers and optimize platform value.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and product enhancements.
• Passion for improving U.S. healthcare and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Consult PaaS clients on designing an optimal decision automation program.
• Translate client requirements into technical blueprints for developers.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design and Engineering on new functionality.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for continuous automation performance improvement.
• Analyze data and build reports to inform stakeholders on platform performance.
• Ensure client KPIs are met and drive end-to-end automation success.
• Identify opportunities to scale consultation workflows.
