Job summary

CCMSI is seeking an Account Manager for our Dallas, TX area with remote reporting. You will develop and manage strategic client relationships, oversee service delivery, and drive client satisfaction across programs.

The role collaborates with account supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure retention and successful outcomes. You will lead client communications, analyze performance and finance data, support business development, and negotiate service agreements while mentoring team

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• 10+ years of proven experience in account management, client services, insurance, risk management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience presenting to clients, facilitating meetings, and delivering recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including interpreting financial data.
• Client-facing role with frequent interaction with clients, prospects, and partners across industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients, developing relationships and aligning service delivery with client goals.
• Lead account management operations, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and program success.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and service strategies that support client objectives.
• Direct cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across claims, underwriting, loss control, marketing, and accounting.
• Monitor program performance and financial results, providing analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Deliver strategic financial, operational, and risk management guidance to clients and stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives, including new client acquisition and onboarding activities.
• Negotiate and manage client service agreements and contractual relationships.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting, technology, and information systems.
• Manage account and team budgets, monitor revenue trends, and support forecasting and planning.
• Conduct peer reviews, audits, and quality assurance to promote best practices.
• Mentor, develop, and support team members through coaching and training.
