Qualifications

• 5+ years presenting to clients, facilitating meetings, and delivering recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients and align service delivery with client goals.
• Lead overall account management operations, ensuring client satisfaction and program success.
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and service strategies that support client objectives and operational excellence.
• Direct cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across claims, underwriting, loss control, marketing, accounting, and related service areas.
• Monitor program performance and financial results, providing analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
