Job summary

Reserv, an insurtech, is seeking a Team Lead in Atlanta to collaborate with the Claims manager and oversee Commercial Auto Claims adjusting staff. You will drive operational efficiency by leveraging technology and analytics while balancing management duties with individual contribution as volume requires.

You will guide onboarding, set benchmarks, prepare claims reports, and mentor a remote-first team, promoting empathy, transparency, and high-quality service for clients and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience in multiple lines, auto preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably remote.
• Active adjuster license or DHS, willing to obtain required licenses within 60 days.
• Comfortable evolving claims systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; professional designations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Backup/leader when the Manager is out of the office.
• Direct reports management and onboarding tasks.
• SME for first-line questions and escalations.
• Increase reserve and payment authority for moderate reviews.
• Identify topics for team Huddles and workshops.
• Customer Obsession Champion promoting customer-centric mindset.
