Partners Behavioral Health Management seeks a Claims System Manager to lead the claims system and related applications, defining the strategic roadmap and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and North Carolina Medicaid regulations.

The role supervises staff and vendors, oversees BRDs, contracts, and ticket resolution, and reports to stakeholders. Collaboration with ISD, PMO, and business units is essential for timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Health Information Management, or closely related field.
• 7+ years of management experience in data systems or health insurance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Claims Systems Analyst team and supervision staff.
• Manage BRDs, vendor contracts, and ticket resolution with timely status updates.
• Ensure alignment with organizational policies and Medicaid rules.
