Partners Behavioral Health Management is seeking a Claims System Manager to lead a team responsible for managing and enhancing the claims management system within the Information Services division. Remote work is available with the requirement to reside in specified states.

The role oversees staff, vendors, BRDs, contracts, and service desk resolutions, driving strategic roadmaps and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with Medicaid rules and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of health claims processing software and Medicaid rules.
• Experience leading medium to large teams and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex systems.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee the Claims Systems Analyst team and vendor relationships.
• Monitor BRDs, contracts, and ticket resolutions with regular status updates.
• Develop and communicate organizational vision and project health across stakeholders.
• Ensure projects align with ISD architecture and timelines; escalate risks as needed.
