You will guide hiring, training, and ongoing coaching to elevate team performance, while maintaining strong client, carrier, and broker communications.

Qualifications

• Background in fraud/SIU with supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience, including litigated files.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.

Responsibilities

• Lead a liability claims team to deliver high-quality, efficient service.
• Guide claims team to follow Best Practices.
• Oversee hiring and training to foster performance and development.
• Define team goals and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve team performance.
