Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an auto subrogation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities.
• Promote GB Best Practices to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Drive talent by leading adjuster hiring and training and promoting a culture of performance.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Utilize Gallagher’s technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, proactive manner.
• Prioritize and develop team members, identifying coaching opportunities and succession potential.
