You will oversee hiring, training, workload management, and the deployment of Gallagher's technology to deliver quality service for clients, carriers, and brokers, while fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.
• Bachelor's Degree is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead an auto subrogation claims team.
• Drive hiring and training of adjusters.
• Define team goals and manage workloads.
