Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Civil Rights Compliance Analyst to support investigations and resolutions of discrimination in service delivery. The role focuses on language access, data collection, and regulatory reporting within a remote, nationwide framework.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, maintain confidential records, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while ensuring adherence to ADA, Title VI, and CMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related clinical discipline.
• 3+ years of cumulative experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, clinical or administrative health care, and policy/program development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diplomacy in engaging patients, families, clinicians, legal counsel, and leaders on sensitive civil rights matters.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct investigation and resolution of civil rights and language access complaints.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate, and prevent risk related to civil rights concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
• Lead tracking, analysis, and reporting of civil rights and language access complaints.
• Coordinate collection and validation of patient demographic data for regulatory reporting.
