Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers, guide them through their product lifecycle, and support retention and growth through strategic reviews.

You will serve as a SME for Cisco platforms, analyze consumption reports, manage service delivery workflows, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives. This role requires strong relationship building, communication, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years in a technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year experience in a Cisco dedicated sales support/ SME role selling, quoting, and managing Cisco contracts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific Cisco platforms, tools, or services.
• Plan and conduct regular Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) to review usage, roadmaps, and feedback.
• Interpret consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners for positive experience.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings and drive co-selling opportunities.
• Provide support to project teams to ensure successful delivery and synchronization.
• Continuously learn new product technologies and relevant offerings.
