The Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco will onboard customers, guide them through product lifecycles, and ensure retention and growth through strategic reviews, serving as an SME for Cisco platforms. You will analyze consumption data and coordinate with internal teams for successful service delivery.

Qualifications

Onboarding customers through product/service lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
Serve as SME for Cisco platforms, tools or services relevant to the role.
Plan and conduct regular Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) with customers.
Analyze consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Responsibilities

Onboard customers and guide them through lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
Function as SME for Cisco platforms, tools or services relevant to the role.
Plan and conduct regular CSRs to review product usage and roadmaps.
Interpret consumption reports and provide renewal insights.
Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives.
Provide support to project teams to ensure delivery of services.
Continuously learn about new product technologies relevant to the role.
Manage workflow of orders and ensure timely service delivery with customers and carriers.
