Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers, guide them through their product lifecycle, and drive retention and growth through strategic reviews.

You will act as SME for Cisco platforms, analyze consumption reports, manage service-delivery workflows, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years in a technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year experience in a Cisco dedicated sales support/SME role for renewals.
• Proficient in creating quotes in Cisco's Commerce Workspace for Renewals (CCW-R) & EAMP portal.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their lifecycle to retention and growth.
• Act as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to Cisco offerings.
• Plan and conduct regular Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) to review usage and roadmaps.
• Interpret consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings and drive co-selling opportunities.
