SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers and guide their lifecycle, ensuring retention and growth. You will act as a SME for Cisco platforms, plan CSRs, and collaborate with sales to align offerings with customer objectives.

You will analyze consumption reports, manage service delivery workflows, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to foster trust and a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Cisco products or services a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP tools and renewals processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Onboard customers and guide them through product/service lifecycles to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to Cisco-related offerings.
• Plan and conduct regular Customer Success Reviews to review usage, roadmaps and feedback.
• Analyze consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies and satisfaction.
