SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers, guide them through product lifecycles, and drive retention and growth through strategic reviews.

This role requires SME knowledge for platforms, strong customer relationships, and collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives. Applications include analyzing consumption and managing service delivery workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years in a technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year experience in a Cisco dedicated sales support/SME role.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their product lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct Customer Success Reviews to review usage and feedback.
• Interpret consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings with customer goals.
• Provide support to project teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Learn and stay updated on new product technologies relevant to the role.
• Manage workflow of orders and ensure timely service delivery with customers and carriers.
• Communicate status and upcoming needs to customers and internal teams.
