SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers, guide them through their lifecycle, and ensure retention and growth. The role requires SME knowledge, collaboration with internal teams, and proactive management of renewal strategies.

You will analyze consumption, manage service delivery workflows, and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years in a technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year in a Cisco dedicated sales support/SME position handling Cisco contracts, renewals, and quotes.

Responsabilités

• Onboard customers and guide them through product/service lifecycles to drive retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct regular Customer Success Reviews to review usage, roadmaps, and feedback.
• Analyze consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings and drive co-selling.
• Support project teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Continuously learn about new product technologies relevant to the role.
• Manage workflows of orders and ensure timely delivery of services with customers and carriers.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams.
