Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco.

You will onboard customers, guide them through their lifecycle, and drive retention and growth through strategic customer success reviews, while acting as a SME for Cisco platforms and services. In this role you will analyze consumption reports, manage service delivery workflows, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings and pursue

Qualifications

• Onboarding and Customer Success experience preferred.
• Relevant technical, business, or sales role experience.
• Cisco dedicated sales support/SME experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through product lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Act as SME for Cisco platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct regular Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) reviewing product usage and roadmaps.
• Analyze consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
