Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through product/service lifecycle.
• Serve as SME for platforms/tools within scope.
• Conduct regular Customer Success Reviews to assess usage and roadmap alignment.
• Analyze detailed consumption reports and provide renewal insights.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
