Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers and guide them through their lifecycle, ensuring retention and growth.

You will act as SME for Cisco platforms, analyze usage, and coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives. You will conduct regular CSRs, interpret consumption data, and build strong relationships with customers and partners while supporting seamless service delivery and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years in a technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year in a Cisco dedicated sales support/SME position.
• Proficient in creating quotes within Cisco Commerce Workspace for Renewals (CCW-R) & EAMP.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through product/service lifecycles to drive retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct regular CSRs to review usage, roadmaps, and feedback.
• Analyze consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings with objectives.
• Support project teams to ensure successful delivery and synchronization of services.
