Qualifications

• Deep expertise in corporate philanthropy and nonprofit partnerships including grants, sponsorships, and employee giving.
• Proven ability to create and scale innovative partnership strategies that generate revenue.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience engaging senior executives and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Covenant House International's corporate partnerships strategy.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-value corporate partners and manage executive relationships.
• Lead efforts to secure new corporate partnerships through grants, sponsorships, and employee engagement programs.
• Identify innovative partnership models that create philanthropic and earned revenue opportunities.
• Establish revenue goals, metrics, and growth strategies for all partnership channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across philanthropy, marketing, programs, and finance.
