International Rescue Committee seeks a senior leader to drive Breakthrough Partnerships and Foundations. This executive will own a $100M+ prospect pipeline, lead the Foundations & Trusts team, and partner with philanthropy leadership to scale donor engagement.

The role blends strategic fundraising with programmatic storytelling and rigorous stewardship. The position is open to remote work with a Bay Area/LA/Seattle focus, includes cross-functional collaboration with research and program teams,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years of major gift fundraising or closely related field.
• Proven track record closing private transformational gifts or partnerships at $50M+ level.
• Experience with AI/tech philanthropy foundations, family offices, and high-net-worth donors.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own Breakthrough Partnerships pipeline with $100M+ prospects.
• Close multi-year commitments and manage 20+ active donor relationships.
• Lead Foundations & Trusts team and coordinate with Campaign 2033 goals.
• Translate program impact into donor-facing narratives and data-driven asks.
