Job summary

ALPFA is seeking a visionary Chief Partnerships & Growth Officer to lead revenue diversification and long-term sustainability. This executive will drive corporate partnerships, foundation fundraising, and membership growth, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with leadership across the organization.

The role requires strong fundraising leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to serve as an ambassador with partners, members, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute development strategies to grow sponsorships, foundation fundraising, and membership revenue.
• Collaborate with the CEO to align fundraising with strategic plan and priorities.
• Lead and mentor the partnerships and growth team.
• Represent ALPFA in high-level meetings, conferences, and with stakeholders.
