Qualifications

Nature & Culture International seeks an entrepreneurial fundraiser who can grow revenue while respecting communities and ecosystems.
Experience driving major donor cultivation, foundations, and institutional funders.
Ability to tell a compelling story and build trust across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the public face of NCI in the United States and engage major donors.
Build and execute a U.S. fundraising plan to meet growth targets (from $9M to $18M in 3–5 years).
Cultivate and steward major donors and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
Close significant gifts, manage portfolios, and work with the board on cultivation.
Lead donor trips to the field and translate conservation work into donor-friendly narratives.
