Reach University seeks an accomplished SVP, Advancement to lead the philanthropic engine and deepen donor relationships across major gifts, annual giving, and stewardship. You’ll partner with the President and Board to shape campaigns that fuel growth and access to higher education through relational, trust-based funding.

You will build alignment across the Advancement team, drive efficient gift tracking systems, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while pursuing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 15+ years in fundraising or advancement roles; nonprofit or higher education preferred.
• Strong track record securing major gifts and principal gifts through relational engagement.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• CRM/donor databases proficiency and ability to design fundraising processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide team vision and leadership for all Advancement activities, including major gifts, annual giving, and donor communications.
• Design and oversee comprehensive fundraising campaigns from quiet phase to public launch.
• Build and manage the major gifts pipeline and govern donor stewardship.
• Advise the President and Board on fundraising strategy and donor engagement.
• Ensure compliant gift accounting and transparent reporting for stakeholders.
• Prepare advancement dashboards and reports for leadership review.
