Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks a Chief Growth Officer to drive global revenue growth and profitability. You will integrate BD, capture, proposals, pricing strategy, marketing, and partnerships to accelerate backlog and opportunity flow across federal and international markets.

The role requires executive leadership to shape growth strategy, engage customers, and collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and contracts to ensure sustainable, profitable expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong history of winning federal contracts and expanding market presence.
• Experience leading business development, capture, proposals, pricing, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with GSA schedules, IDIQ/GWAC vehicles, OTAs, SBIR/STTR, and SF330 submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Planate’s plan.
• Lead federal BD, including procurements, SF330s, IDIQs, MATOCs, and task orders.
• Build a balanced contract portfolio across federal, international, and select commercial markets.
• Direct capture lifecycle, teaming, price-to-win, and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Oversee proposals, cost/pricing, compliance, and proposal quality.
