TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking a Chatbot Developer to design, build, and optimize next-generation conversational experiences in a fully remote role within the USA. The position emphasizes bridging classical NLU with Generative AI and migrating architectures toward Agents 365 Azure SDK.

You will work on end-to-end chatbot development, enterprise integrations (MuleSoft, PeopleSoft, Salesforce), and omnichannel dialog management while ensuring transparent and human-like user experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of dedicated software development in Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, or LLM agent development.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Development: drive full lifecycle of scalable chatbots and AI agents.
• Architecture Migration: maintain Azure Bot Framework v4; migrate toward Copilot Studio/Agents 365.
• Enterprise Integration: design API integrations using MuleSoft to connect PeopleSoft and Salesforce.
• Omnichannel Dialog Management: author dynamic interfaces using Microsoft Dynamics Adaptive Cards across web, mobile, and messaging channels.
• Live Chat and Case Management: implement escalation protocols with Salesforce Live Chat and Case Management APIs.
• NLU and LLM Orchestration: combine Azure CLU with Azure OpenAI for intent routing and content generation.
• Performance Optimization: analyze logs and metrics to optimize flows and reduce hallucinations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with product, UX, and stakeholders to translate business logic into user stories.
