Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker, and Typescript.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud services.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, develop, and modify Middleware (AWS and Hyperautomation) and Front-End (Web Chat/Widget) applications.
• Familiarity with API integrations with Azure AI Services.
• Develop system design documentation, code, and test/debug programs.
• Assist in migration and system implementation planning.
• Recommend changes to development standards for virtual assistant solutions.
• Troubleshoot errors and compile operator documentation.
• Collaborate with Network Team on DNS and Load Balancers.
• Monitor performance and health of the VA platform.
• Integrate with other applications and Large Language Models via REST APIs.
