Job summary

TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer for a 100% Remote role within the USA. The position focuses on building and optimizing enterprise chatbots, integrating MuleSoft with PeopleSoft and Salesforce, and orchestrating AI agents using Azure Cognitive services.

You will bridge traditional NLU with Generative AI, migrate architectures toward Agent-based frameworks, and collaborate across product, UX, and business teams to deliver reliable, human-like conversational

Qualifications

3+ years of software development with a focus on Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, or LLM agent development.
Deep hands-on proficiency with Azure Bot Framework SDK v4, Waterfall Dialogs, state management, and Copilot Studio / Agents 365.
Strong backend fundamentals in C#, .NET, and JavaScript; HTML/CSS for web-chat styling and Adaptive Card rendering.
Experience with MuleSoft layers to access PeopleSoft and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: lead design, development and deployment of scalable chatbots and AI agents.
Architecture Migration: maintain Azure Bot Framework and migrate toward Microsoft Foundry/Agents 365 Azure SDK.
Enterprise Integration: design API integrations via MuleSoft to orchestrate data with backend systems.
