Job summary
Cognizant is hiring a Conversational AI Platform Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions, voice and chat bots, powered by AWS services and large language models (LLMs). You will build agentic AI applications using Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, and AWS Strands SDK, plus craft intents, prompts, and NLU to deliver effective user experiences.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Conversational AI platforms using Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lex and Strands.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy conversational AI platforms including voice and chat bots using AWS Lex and deterministic bot technologies.
- Build agentic AI apps leveraging Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, and AWS Strands SDK/Framework.
- Develop Gen AI applications with tool calling, multi-agent workflows, and agent orchestration patterns.
- Design intents, conversation flows, prompts, and NLU to optimize user experiences.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agents for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
